My goals:
1. Loose 50 pounds by October 2011
2. Loose 120 pounds (total) by October 2012
3. Learn how to be happy with my body, no matter what it looks like
4. Wear a size 12/14 by the time I'm done
5. Save enough money to go to New York in Nov 2011
6. Make exercising a regular habit

Good! Nowthen, let me first say that I have realized my denial. I am a fat man, This is painful even to write down.
ReplyDeleteI too need to lose 50 pounds which will be possible through regular diet & exercise, and somehow controlling my inner Cookie Monster. I have three pairs or size 40 pants in my dresser which remain untouched since this weightgain began two years ago.
More importantly d&e will help battle depression.
Awesome! Would you be up for posting before pictures? Nothing scandalous but just so that we have a clear starting point...
